1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the okbetcom website located at okbetcom.one (the "Platform"), or by registering an account, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okbetcom ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the okbetcom Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities regulated by PAGCOR.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okbetcom, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

okbetcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the okbetcom Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify okbetcom immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

okbetcom shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the okbetcom Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We support deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. okbetcom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. okbetcom reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

okbetcom reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

Any funds deposited into your okbetcom account must originate from a legitimate source. You warrant that all funds used on the Platform are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. okbetcom complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the okbetcom Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. okbetcom reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error ("palpable error").

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIFA) shall be final and binding. For live casino games, the result recorded by the Platform's system shall be conclusive.

okbetcom reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or restrict account activity if there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

okbetcom may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

okbetcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbetcom Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbetcom staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbetcom Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of okbetcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The okbetcom name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okbetcom. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The okbetcom Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbetcom disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

okbetcom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits — even if okbetcom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, okbetcom's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall okbetcom's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbetcom is not responsible for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the okbetcom Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbetcom collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other regulatory and law enforcement authorities in compliance with our legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of our Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

okbetcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination or expiry of your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to okbetcom's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the conduct of gambling activities, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply. okbetcom cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the investigation and resolution of player complaints.

13. Amendments to These Terms

okbetcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
